Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and appreciated from the moment they step in.
• Informing the stylists of their clients arrival and keeping stylist and staff on-time and busy.
• Manage phone efficiently, answering inquiries promptly via txt, email, w
• WhatsApp, etc..
• Schedule appointments accurately using booking software (Vagaro), maintaining an organized calendar to maximize salon efficiency.
• Handle all front desk duties including check-in/check-out procedures, processing payments, and rebooking client appointments with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with filing, data entry, and general office management tasks to support daily operations.
• Support the salon and stylists thru media posting, managing emails, creating social media postings etc.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns promptly demonstrating strong product and hair knowledge.
• Previous experience working at a front desk or reception area in a busy office or salon environment is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting needed.
• Having a cosmetology license a huge bonus
• Excellent communication abilities in English; bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
• Being able to think quickly on ones feet is essential. Being able to help stylists shampoo, apply and mix color, wax, take down perms also a must.
