Responsibilities

• Administer injectables such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision and care, ensuring optimal results for each client
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client concerns, explaining treatment options clearly, and guiding them through their aesthetic journey
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon or med spa software using Boulevard ensuring smooth scheduling and record-keeping
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Educate clients on skincare products, treatment benefits, aftercare instructions, and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with the team on social media management by creating engaging content, product demos, and promotional campaigns to attract new clients

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty or med spa industry with a focus on aesthetic injections and skin treatments
• Certification as an RN (Registered Nurse), NP (Nurse Practitioner), or PA (Physician Assistant) with licensure in good standing
• Hands-on experience administering botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with attention to safety and patient comfort
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while demonstrating professionalism and empathy
• Experience in social media management including content creation for product demos or promotional campaigns is a plus
• Knowledge of retail sales strategies combined with upselling skills to promote skincare products or additional treatments
