Recruit, train, and coach members of the men’s soccer program; Manage the development and promotion of a competitive soccer program; Hold study halls as well as monitor attendance and grades for soccer players; Organize and schedule practice sessions; Organize and plan team travel; Comply with University, NCAA and Conference rules; Responsible for maintaining and inventorying equipment; Schedule games with approval of the Athletics Director; Perform administrative tasks including budget formulation.Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times for personal safety and the safety. This position is security sensitive.Working Conditions:Usual: Ability to travel extensively in the University service area and available to conduct daytime ornighttime. Exempt from overtime provisions. Position is Security Sensitive.Any qualifications to be considered in lieu of stated minimums require the prior approval of the Human Resources Director.
