What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing Manager position at Sullivans Restaurant?
Managing servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Making sure all jobs are being executed correctly and efficiently. Making sure guests are happy and well taken care of. Closing duties consist of checking out all employees, making sure all money is accounted for, making sure all nightly cleaning has been done correctly and restaurant is in opening condition for the morning.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
