Job Summary
As The Pulse Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day development of The Pulse, keeping customers and the livestock industry connected to timely news, show results, and engaging digital content. You will publish daily content, travel to livestock shows across the country to deliver real-time coverage, and support sales through digital product advertising, video, email, and web promotions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing management of The Pulse platform and its content strategy.
- Create, publish, and maintain daily social media content, email journeys, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Travel to livestock shows nationwide to capture photography, share real-time results, and produce timely event coverage.
- Support Sullivan Supply’s marketing vision and strategy with relevant, high-quality digital content.
- Engage with customers online to strengthen loyalty, grow audience participation, and support online sales.
- Promote products and sales initiatives through digital ads, video content, and web-based promotions.
- Monitor digital and industry trends and recommend new campaign or content opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain social channels, respond to audience activity, and keep content current.
- Create and maintain digital performance reports and analyze web metrics, including traffic and trend data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Livestock photography experience.
- Digital marketing and content creation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Sales- and marketing-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus.
- Excellent software skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, web development, or a related field preferred.
Role Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 150 days per year.
- Ability to relocate to Dunlap, Iowa.
- Weekend availability as required by the show schedule.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
