Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to support daily kitchen and restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Operate the commercial dishwasher safely and efficiently
- Keep the dishwashing station clean, organized, and properly supplied
- Store clean dishes, cookware, and utensils in designated areas
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks as needed
- Clean sinks, counters, floors, and other kitchen work areas
- Remove trash and maintain proper sanitation throughout the shift
- Monitor dishwashing and cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs
- Help maintain a clean and safe kitchen during busy service periods
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, and routine restaurant cleaning duties
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and restaurant team members
Qualifications
- Previous dishwasher, kitchen, restaurant, or food-service experience is helpful
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
