What You’ll Do:
- Check and verify medication orders to make sure everything is accurate.
- Prepare and dispense meds for long-term care residents.
- Work closely with nurses and healthcare providers to solve any medication questions or issues.
- Help with medication management and patient safety initiatives.
- Keep everything compliant with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts (Mass state license required).
- Experience in long-term care pharmacy is a big plus, but not required.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good with communication.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
