Duties

  • Follow pre-developed and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits effectively
  • Identify and generate leads through, networking, and leveraging CRM software tools like Housecall Pro
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Write up estimates according to our pricing system and company terms
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness
  • You will be meeting customers at their homes and businesses for in-person estimates
  • Your territory includes: Versailles, Lawrenceburg, North Vernon, Columbus, Madison, Seymour, Greensburg, Batesville, etc
  • This is a 100% commission based position but you will receive all the training to be successful

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Expertise in relationship development strategies and account management
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in conducting product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales presentations
  • Exceptional communication skills for cold calling, inside sales interactions, and retail sales environments
  • Drive and passion for your work with unlimited income potential
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
