Service Advisor – NO WEEKENDS (Mon–Fri)
This role is for a motivated Service Advisor who takes ownership, moves fast, and gets things done.
Sullivan’s Auto Service is a family-owned, 5-star shop with strong systems, steady car count, and a no-drama culture. We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused go-getter who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in running a tight front counter.
What You’ll Do
- Own the service lane from start to finish — no hand-holding
- Proactively communicate with customers and technicians
- Present inspections and recommendations with confidence and clarity
- Keep workflow moving and stay ahead of issues
- Follow and reinforce shop processes that drive results
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years as a Service Advisor or senior automotive customer role
- Proven work ethic — self-starter, organized, and accountable
- Strong sales mindset paired with genuine customer care
- Comfortable handling volume while maintaining quality
- Positive attitude, team-first mentality
- Valid driver’s license
