Sullivan Motors is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive BDC Agent to join our growing team and serve as a Pre-Approval Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers—handling inbound/outbound calls, responding to online inquiries / credit applications and helping create exceptional guest experiences. Your communication skills and ability to connect with customers will play a key part in driving sales opportunities and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and website inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to set sales appointments.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Maintain CRM records with accurate notes and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer hand-offs.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment and contact goals.
- Provide product information, payment options, and dealership value propositions clearly and confidently.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Previous BDC, call center, automotive, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Comfortable with phone-based work and high call volumes.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
