What are the responsibilities and job description for the PI Paralegal / Case Manager - Plaintiff Personal Injury position at Sullivan Law Group PLLC?
Sullivan Law Group is seeking a personal injury paralegal to support two plaintiff personal injury attorneys.
The ideal candidate has worked in a personal injury practice and/or within the court system. The candidate must have a strong sense of organization and self-motivation, as well as professional appearance and demeanor.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in all pre-suit activities on personal injury cases, including client contact, obtaining records, and routine correspondence.
- Assist with document management and file organization.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including attorney calendars.
- Call clients / witnesses (scheduling / brief questions / providing information).
- Other general duties as necessary to support and maintain the law firm.
We are two blocks west of the county courthouse and have free onsite parking. Pay is competitive and include benefits after a probationary period, including the same health insurance plan as the attorneys with all premiums paid, an employer matching retirement plan, and paid time off.
