Who We’re Looking For


We are hiring one Lead Wealth Advisor in DFW who meets all of the following criteria:


Required:

• You have an existing, portable book of business

• You currently produce at a high level (typically $250k–$500k GDC or $20M–$50M AUM)

• You are a strong communicator and relationship-builder

• You deliver real financial planning, not product pushing

• You value integrity, accountability, and a positive, high-performance mindset

• You want scale, support, and a stronger platform

• You are aligned with a culture of teamwork, growth, and client-first service

• You have zero tolerance for drama, gossip, or excuses

• You are ready for your next chapter

What You Will Do

• Lead existing client relationships through our proven planning process

• Provide world-class advice rooted in deep financial planning

• Serve prospects generated through our marketing funnels

• Bring your current clients into a stronger, more supported environment

• Collaborate closely with our planning and operations teams

• Work directly with our CEO on large-case strategy, design, and closing

• Help shape the future of SFP as we grow

• Build a thriving, long-term practice within a platform designed for scale
