Who This Role Is For

• Have 2–10 years of experience in financial services, advisory, or client-facing sales
• Are confident in client conversations and asking for commitment

What You’ll Do
• Lead client meetings with confidence and clarity
• Deliver strategies across retirement income, investments, tax, healthcare, and legacy
• Learn and represent our proprietary planning process
• Build trust and guide clients to confident decisions
• Partner with our planning and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
• Series 65 or Series 7 & 66, and active Insurance License (required)
• 2–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong communicator who can build trust and close with integrity
• Coachable, driven, humble, and growth-oriented
• Bonus: small book of business
