Requirements:
- Life/disability Insurance and Series 65 (or equivalent) investment licenses
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and have completed a CFP Board-Registered Program (or be near completion)
- Minimum 3 years experience working in financial advisor capacity
- Demonstrate an ability to verbalize and write with confidence and clarity
- Excel in working with team members and working individually
- Proven prouction track record
- Soft people skills

This role offers an annual salary compensation within a range of $70,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience and aligned with industry standards. This role also includes an annual bonus based on individual production (net AUM flows for client segments served, new clients brought in, and insurance production), and overall company performance. Specific life insurance/annuity bonus will be a % of base agent commission. Benefits package includes paid NYSE holidays, PTO bank paid birthday off, 401(k) with safe harbor company contribution, health/vision/dental insurance with H.R.A. employer contribution. Company provided yoga on Friday afternoons during business hours.
