Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in setting up for events ensuring all beverage and food needs are met seamlessly.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages promptly to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $7.00 - $9.00 per hour
