Compensation
The base salary range offered for this role will be between $60,000 and $80,000.When determining a candidate’s compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the Firm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence; forward to appropriate person(s)
- Screen and direct incoming calls and respond independently when possible.
- Arrange conference calls as necessary.
- Organize and maintain file system.
- Collect timesheets and vacation requests and record absences in Peoplesoft.
- Assist with organizing vacation coverage.
- Collect overtime reports and submit to Payroll after approved.
- Collect Gym Reimbursement requests and submit to Payroll after approval.
- Assist with projects as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an independent sense of follow-through to carry tasks through to completion without prompting. Willing to learn, flexible, and reliable. Must have strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive matters with appropriate discretion. Must exercise good judgment and be able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressured environment. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Peoplesoft or equivalent HRIS database preferred.
- High school degree required; college degree preferred. Law firm experience a plus.
