Treasury Management Sales Advisor (1 year exp)

Position Summary:

The Treasury Management Sales Advisor is responsible for developing, managing and growing relationships with commercial clients by delivering customized cash management and payment solutions. This role will focus on generating new business, deepening existing relationships, and collaborating with internal partners to expand the bank’s treasury management portfolio and non-interest income. The role will also contribute to community involvement and creating an external referral base through networking. There will be frequent travel to and from our Pleasant Hope, Springfield, and Jeff City branches.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial clients and prospects to drive deposit growth and fee income

· Partner with commercial lenders and relationship managers to provide Treasury Management solutions that enhance client retention and satisfaction

· Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to design tailored cash management strategies including payables, receivables, fraud prevention, and liquidity solutions

· Present and demonstrate treasury products and services to clients and prospects, ensuring alignment with their operational and strategic goals

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treasury products, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive positioning

· Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and profitability analyses to support new and existing client relationships

· Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics

· Provide ongoing training and support to internal staff and partners regarding Treasury Management capabilities

· Cross sell bank products and refer clients to bank partners

Qualifications/Experience:

· 1 year of Treasury Management sales experience

· 1-5 years of sales and customer relationship building experience

· Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing commercial relationships

Knowledge/Skills:

· Strong understanding of cash management products, payment systems, and banking regulations

· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

· Strategic thinker with consultative sales approach

· Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital banking platforms
