Your Role
As an LPN at Suite Living Senior Care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. You'll work closely with a caring team to promote health, comfort, and dignity for every resident.
What You'll Do

Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments.

Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Collaborate on personalized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs.

Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and creativity.

Build positive relationships with residents and their families.

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.

Mentor and support caregivers and new team members.
What We're Looking For

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Licensure: Current Minnesota LPN license (required).

Experience: Prior Assisted Living, Memory Care, or LTC experience preferred - but we'll train the right person!
