Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Maintain current and unrestricted LALD licensure with BELTSS.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage the annual budget, monitor fiscal health, and oversee capital replacement plans.
- Lead the community through successful license surveys and quality audits.
- Provide visionary leadership to the assisted living team, overseeing daily operations.
- Prioritize staff training and mentorship to ensure a high standard of competency and care.
- Foster a positive workplace culture to reduce turnover and increase employee engagement.
- Serve as the face of the community, providing tours and educating families/referrals on our services.
- Manage tenant-landlord relations with empathy and fairness, resolving grievances promptly.
- Ensure a vibrant social and activities program is in place to enhance resident well-being.
- Monitor resident health transitions and facilitate conferences with families regarding residency requirements or care level changes.
- Licensure: Active Minnesota LALD (Licensed Assisted Living Director) license required.
- Experience: Proven track record in senior care management or supervision.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of the elderly/disabled population and assisted living regulations.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive tenant/employee issues with discretion.
