The Role
We're looking for a kind, capable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our part-time team! If you love helping people, enjoy staying busy, and want to work in a joyful, family-focused environment—read on.
We’re especially looking for someone available to work 2–3 Fridays and 2–3 Saturdays per month during our core hours: 9:00am–5:15pm. (You don’t need to be available every weekend, but consistency matters.)
How You'll Make an Impact
You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive sales team—making parents' lives easier by helping them find the right gear, gifts, and baby essentials. You’ll greet customers with warmth, answer questions with confidence, and keep our store looking its best.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a smile and sincere welcome
- Learn our products and match them to customers’ needs
- Offer demos, solutions, and honest product advice
- Promote specials, gift registries, and events
- Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and merchandising
- Process transactions and returns at the register
- Receive inventory and restock with care
- Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals
- Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience

Schedule & Availability
- Minimum of 16 hours/week
- Must be available to work 2–3 Fridays and 2–3 Saturdays per month, ideally from 9:00am–5:15pm
- We offer flexible shifts where possible (e.g., 9am–1pm, 10am–3pm, or 1pm–5:15pm)
- Additional shifts may be offered during events or peak seasons
