Retail Associate - Sales & Operations

• Providing personalized recommendations and expert advice on fit, style, and accessories.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Handling transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale.
• Restocking and organizing inventory to ensure product availability.
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.

We’re seeking candidates who bring a blend of enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. Here’s what we’d like to see:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for fashion and an eye for detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• One who can take feedback and/or constructive criticism
