Requirements:
- Previous fine dining serving experience required
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Strong food, wine, and service knowledge
- Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver elevated, detail-driven service with a focus on guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, personalized touches
- Guide guests through menu selections, including wine pairings
- Maintain a clean and organized section
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service
