Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Quality Control Inspectors I, II, & III located in Anacortes, WA. Quality Control Inspectors perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include monitoring production lines, checking product specifications (such as appearance, weight, labeling, and packaging), documenting inspection results, and reporting non-conformances. Inspectors collaborate with production and quality teams to identify issues, support corrective actions, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Depending on level (I, II, or III), responsibilities may expand to include leading inspections, training colleagues, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Quality Control and Inspection to monitor products, processes, and documentation against defined standards.
- Experience or strong interest in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to support consistent product quality, compliance, and process improvement.
- Effective Communication skills to clearly document findings, escalate issues, and collaborate with production, sanitation, and management teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures, specifications, and food safety guidelines (e.g., GMP, HACCP preferred).
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a refrigerated food-processing environment, and safely handle inspection tools and materials.
- Basic math and computer skills for recording data, completing quality forms, and using production or QC systems.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, seafood production, or a related quality role is preferred; higher-level roles (II & III) may require additional experience and leadership capability.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications in quality or food safety are a plus.
