Sugars Window Cleaning is looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our door-to-door sales team. No previous sales experience is required—we’ll train you and give you a proven approach to get started.
This is a performance-based sales position with strong earning potential. Most of our reps make the majority of their income through commission, so the more you sell, the more you can earn.
What you’ll do:
- Knock doors in local neighborhoods
- Talk with homeowners about our window-cleaning services
- Provide quotes and schedule customers
- Track your sales through our app
- Work independently while being part of a team
Compensation:
- 20% commission on completed jobs you sell
- $500/week base-pay guarantee after your first week when working 30 hours, subject to the position’s compensation terms
- $200 bonus after reaching 20 sales
- Paid weekly
- No cap on commission earnings
