What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Representative/Insurance coordinator position at Sugars End Dental?
Top-notch customer care representative needed for small, boutique dental office. You will be the first face our customers see when they walk through the door, so you should be friendly, energetic and fabulous at customer care. The job entails greeting patients, answering phones, entering customer info into the dental software, filing insurance, collecting money and insurance payments, and resolving customer issues. You should be comfortable learning dental software and navigating a customer ledger. The job involves extensive multi-tasking and being quick on your feet. Attention to detail is a MUST and previous experience should reflect this. Administrative office experience is required as well as a strong customer service background.
Interest in learning hands-on patient care is needed as cross-training will be expected.
