Position Summary
The Server/Bartender plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests. This position requires strong service skills, the ability to prepare beverages to club standards, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and hospitality.

- Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner; retain and recognize the names of returning members
- Take accurate and efficient food and beverage orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member and guest satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of drink preparation, wine service, and cocktail crafting
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
- Process payments and manage member charges accurately
- Work collaboratively with the F&B team to support smooth service operations
Skills
- Previous experience in both serving and bartending required
- Strong knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible alcohol service certification (preferred)
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong team orientation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: $10.98 per hour
