Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support when necessary
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to support health assessments
- Assist with administering medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols in accordance with facility policies
- Support residents with dementia or memory care needs through engaging activities and behavior management techniques
- Document resident progress and care activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to ensure seamless communication among care teams
