What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sugarloaf Shuttle Bus Driver position at Sugarloaf Mountain Resort?
Overview:
Sugarloaf is now hiring Shuttle Bus Drivers for our coming winter season. Shuttle Drivers provide day and night operations of shuttle services. They also park cars, drive 10-30 passenger capacity buses, provide mountain information to resort guests, and work as part of a team to provide transportation and information. Good communication skills are a must for this job. Applicants must have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). This seasonal role comes with great job perks and resort discounts.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive at work in time and when scheduled
- Greet guests and employees and maintain a friendly, professional attitude
- Be able to obtain and keep an up to date Class B Driver's License with passenger and air brake endorsements
- Adhere to safety rules to ensure safety of guests, employees, and equipment
- Fill out daily paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion. These reports include, but are not limited to, vehicle inspection, daily driver log, and guest count.
- Report any problems immediately in writing to Vehicle Maintenance Department
- Report any personal driving infractions from regular vehicle or commercial motor vehicle to Supervisor as soon as possible.
- Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
- Must have a safe driving record
- Must be able to drive in adverse conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CDL required

Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
