Sugaring NYC – Lubbock is looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist who specializes in lash extensions and customized facials.

What You'll Do
- Perform professional lash extension services, including full sets, fills, and removals.
- Provide customized facial treatments based on individual skin types, concerns, and goals.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
- Educate clients on aftercare, skincare products, and treatment plans.
- Learn and provide additional services, including lash lifts, brow laminations, lash/brow tinting, and facial waxing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
- Collaborate with teammates to create an outstanding client experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License.
- Demonstrated professional experience and independent proficiency in BOTH lash extensions and facial treatments.
- Ability to confidently perform both primary services without additional hands-on training.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation, safety, and client care.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- $13–$18/hour, depending on experience.
- Commission on retail, package, and membership sales.

Training Provided:
- Online brand-specific training with Lira Clinical and Face Reality upon hire.
- Hands-on training for lash lifts, brow laminations, lash/brow tinting, and facial waxing as needed.
After One Year of Employment:
- Potential off-site advanced education opportunities with Lashbox LA, Lira Clinical and Face Reality.
Important: Applicants must already be independently proficient in both lash extensions and facials. We do not provide in-house hands-on training for these primary services.
