ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead performance marketing across email, SMS, paid media, and loyalty for Sugarfina and partner brands, driving growth in revenue, acquisition, and retention.

You will manage Klaviyo campaigns and automations, optimize segmentation, and lead weekly meetings to turn insights into action. You will also grow subscriber lists through partnerships and manage creative workflows with design teams.

You will oversee paid media strategy across Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest, and affiliate channels, optimizing ROAS and budgets across multiple brands while staying current on platform innovations.

You will manage the Sugarfina Rewards program, developing loyalty campaigns and member offers to increase engagement and lifetime value.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Email & SMS

  • Execute day-to-day production of marketing email and SMS
  • Set up email and SMS automated flows in Klaviyo and routinely check to keep creative and copy up to date.
  • Lead bi-weekly MAR COM meetings to go over email & SMS performance, overall site revenue, and weekly promotion.
  • Reach out to potential brands for sweepstakes opportunities to grow the email and SMS lists.
  • Manage Asana tickets and creative requests for Digital Designers, including email asset development


Paid Advertising

  • Oversee advertising and budget strategies for Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads Meta Ads and Pinterest Ads across Sugarfina, BOXFOX, Caffe Luxxe, and Candy Club.
  • Work with reps at the different platforms to be in the loop on new capabilities.
  • Oversee strategy for Rakuten Affiliate Network including publisher outreach and optimization.
  • Responsible for updating and optimizing creative across all advertising platforms to drive strong ROAS and achieve year-over-year performance growth


Loyalty

  • Manage SugarfinaRewards program
  • Create an email and SMS schedule with Loyalty exclusive offers.
  • Plan special rewards for SugarfinaRewards program


E-Commerce

  • Updating Narvar


TikTok Shop

  • Affiliate outreach & coordination


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing (email, SMS, paid media, and/or ecommerce)
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, Amazon Ads, and/or Microsoft Ads
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing tools (Klaviyo preferred), including campaign execution and automation workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and optimizing for ROAS
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks (e.g., Rakuten, TikTok) and influencer/creator partnerships a plus
  • Experience supporting ecommerce and retention programs (loyalty programs, subscription, or CRM initiatives)
  • Strong project management skills; experience with tools like Asana or similar workflow systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across brands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail in both copy and creative execution
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and external brand partners

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
