Cashier/Customer Service Representative

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Wait on customers.
• Answer phone.
• Cut and wrap cakes.
• Stock retail case and freezers.
• Take mail orders and decorated cake orders.
• Make retail boxes.
• Display baked goods.
• Clean up retail space and any station/equipment used.

Primary Objectives:

• Provide courteous customer service.
• Insure uniform cutting and wrapping of cakes.
• Stock retail case and freezers according to “build to levels”.
• Complete order forms accurately.
• Insure boxes stocked to capacity.
• Promote safety and a clean working environment.

Physical Demands:

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to stand and walk for at least 8 hours a day. Employee must be able to lift 35 lbs. Employee is required to reach with arms and hands, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, heat from ovens or stoves, extreme cold in freezer, sharp objects, and cleaning products.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
