Store Director Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate and lead new operational initiatives.
- Interview and hire Team Members to meet company standards.
- Perform Tanning or Sugaring service shifts.
- Manage store-level utilization by monitoring demand, labor trends, and adjusting staffing.
- Develop and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to build a strong well rounded team.
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders as required.
- Ensure compliance with company and State Board cleanliness and organization standards.
- Participate in weekly management calls, providing feedback and celebrating successes.
- Foster a warm, fun, and welcoming environment for both Team Members and clients.
- Prior management experience in a retail or salon environment.
- A strong passion for the beauty industry (esthetician or cosmetology experience preferred, but not required).
- A genuine interest in contributing to company growth and success.
- Positive, upbeat attitude that promotes collaboration and productivity.
- Open to flexible, full-time availability to meet business demand.
- Annual compensation for this position includes a base salary, commission, and quarterly bonus incentives. Bonus program is designed to be realistic and attainable, based both of personal and regional performance
