Duties
- Assist in preparing ingredients and baking a variety of baked goods but mostly cookies
- Help with food production tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling baked items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Package baked goods carefully to ensure freshness and presentation for retail display or catering orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering strictly to food safety guidelines.
- Support food handling procedures by following proper sanitation practices during all stages of food preparation.
- Contribute to the setup and breakdown of the bakery during shifts, ensuring all tools and ingredients are ready for use.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors when stock needs replenishing.

Requirements
