Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into databases and ERP systems.
- Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and data collection.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage data effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed, including administrative support and basic math calculations.
- Ensure timely completion of data entry projects while adhering to deadlines.
Experience
- Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in using databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is essential.
