This role is ideal for professionals who bring a TLC approach to patient care while delivering technical, hands-on orthodontic support with precision and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Provide gentle, compassionate care to children, teens, and adults, helping patients feel comfortable at every step
- Assist orthodontists with hands-on procedures, including archwire changes, ligature placement, separators, impressions, and appliance adjustments
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to OSHA and office protocols
- Accurately chart treatments, update patient records, and ensure follow-up and continuity of care
- Anticipate the dentist’s needs and maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Maintain high standards of clinical precision while working independently or as part of the team
- Training in dental assisting or orthodontic procedures; compliance with state practice requirements
- Strong hands-on technical skills with fine motor precision
- Ability to tolerate high-quality, detail-oriented work while maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude
