Job Responsibilities:

Handle all customer service related inquires pertaining to the website and sales.

Oversee sales, returns and inventory for products on the website.

Distribute orders for fulfillment.

Screen and direct a high-volume number of calls and e-mails pertaining to web sales and customer service.

Help customers navigate the website and place orders online.

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.

Help resolve product returns, respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.

Merchandise products on e-commerce website.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify and communicate issues to department personnel and find solutions for those issues.

Proficiency with MAC and apple products.

Previous experience with Shopify & ShipStation preferred, but not required.

Previous experience with Lightspeed preferred, but not required
