Position Overview We’re looking for a polished, personable, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist who also has a Esthetician license with a creative edge with social media. This role is the face of our studio, setting the tone for every client experience while also helping us grow our brand presence online.
You’ll be the first smile clients see and the creative voice that keeps our business visible, engaging, and thriving.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, high-end experience
- Manage booking system, appointments, and confirmations
- Answer calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Check clients in/out, process payments, and manage retail sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing front area
- Educate clients on services, packages, memberships, and products
Studio Support
- Assist estheticians with schedule flow and client readiness
- Ensure rooms are prepped and stocked when needed
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- Support daily operations to keep the studio running smoothly
- Follow SOPs and morning and nightly tasks.
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Create and post engaging content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Capture in-studio photos/videos (before & afters, behind-the-scenes, client moments)
- Write captions that reflect the brand voice (confident, fun, elevated)
- Respond to DMs and comments in a timely, professional way
- Stay on top of trends and suggest fresh content ideas
- Help promote specials, events, and client transformations
Ideal Candidate

- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and self-care

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Loved)
- Experience in a salon, spa, or medspa
- Basic photography/video editing (iPhone is perfect!)
- Familiarity with booking systems
- Knowledge of skincare, sugaring, waxing, or spray tanning
What This Role Really Is
This is not just a front desk job. It’s a brand ambassador and a gateway to working as a licensed Esthetician whom will be trained in our services we offer our clients. We know that school only scratches the service when it comes to being a professional Esthetician. The right candidate will work as a receptionist to learn the booking system, the routine of day to day operations, along with cleanliness and sanitation of our spa and a chance to get to know our clients for a minimum of 6 months before any esthetic training.
