Overview
We’re seeking a full-time baker who is eager to learn, highly motivated, and passionate about being part of a growing team. This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a love for baking, and the desire to continually improve their craft. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm, commitment, and the drive to master our methods.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role—we’re on our feet all day, working efficiently to meet production needs. Candidates must be prepared for a fast-paced environment where reliability, focus, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions precisely are essential.
Schedule
- Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and ready to work with a positive, team-focused attitude every day.
- Maintain a strong work pace and stay productive throughout the shift.
- Follow written and verbal instructions precisely, including recipes, production schedules, and food safety procedures.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency and quality by adhering strictly to bakery methods and guidelines.
- Take initiative to learn new skills and ask questions to improve.
- Contribute ideas, energy, and effort to support the success of the bakery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards; some dishwashing will be required.
- Assist in food production tasks, including cooking, baking, and preparation of ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and kitchen operations.
