Line cooks are responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to restaurant specifications and standards. They play an essential role in kitchen execution, consistency, and overall guest satisfaction, as the quality and speed of their work directly impacts the dining experience. Sugar Factory is a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant, and line cooks are expected to maintain excellent organization, communication, and efficiency on the line. Accuracy, cleanliness, and teamwork under pressure are required at all times. We expect cooks to uphold recipe standards, maintain portion control, and deliver consistent plates even during peak rushes.
