Sugar Brook Villa Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team while ensuring exceptional care for our residents. This leadership role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about resident-centered care, staff development, and maintaining high clinical standards in an assisted living environment.
Position Summary
The Clinical Nurse Supervisor oversees the delivery of nursing services, provides clinical leadership to care staff, ensures compliance with state regulations, and collaborates with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality care and resident well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing and caregiving staff.
- Oversee daily clinical operations and supervision of staff.
- Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor resident health status and address any changes/ concerns promptly.
- Assist with coordinating medical services.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and clinical best practices.
- Oversee medication management and clinical documentation.
- Provide staff education, training, and support.
- Lead quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare partners.
- Assist with admissions, care conferences, and resident transitions as needed.
- Every-other-week on-call rotation.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in assisted living, long-term care, homecare or senior care.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and standards of care.
- Ability to lead with compassion, professionalism, and accountability.
- Ability to work successfully with residents, families, and other healthcare providers.
Position Timeline: The selected candidate will begin paid orientation and training in July/August 2026, with full-time responsibilities commencing in September 2026. This phased onboarding approach provides ample time to become familiar with our residents, team, and clinical processes before assuming the full Clinical Nurse Supervisor role.
