What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at SUGAR BOWL SKI RESORT?
Will oversee the daily operations of the Property Management Department. This position will train and motivate property agents, coordinate execute homeowner requests as it relates to the upkeep of their home and work in close collaboration with Village Services and resort Maintenance. Must be willing and able to provide exemplary customer service in all situations at all times.

Who you are
- Have a good understanding of mechanics of a home to be able to speak at a detailed level with contractors and vendors.
- Have prior experience in project management or home management services
- Must be able to create strong relationships with homeowners.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with other departments.
- Self-starter that can make quick and correct decisions.
- Must have a positive attitude, attention to details and strong motivational skills.

What you will do
- Ensuring complete homeowner satisfaction in the service offered in the department.
- Ensuring all homeowner requests are delivered on time and accurately.
- Representing the homeowner’s interest and making decisions in the homeowners interest in their absence as it relates to the maintenance of their home.
- Managing the daily operations of the department in order to fulfill the needs of our homeowners. This includes ensuring emails are answered within 24hrs, follow up punctual and detailed, communication with homeowners is excellent and precise, vendors / contractors are managed and promises are kept.
- Collaborating with Village Services as needed to ensure homeowners needs are met.
- Collaborating with Resort Maintenance to ensure jobs are done on time, to expectations and billing is accurate.
- Managing, meeting and working with outside vendors and contractors to ensure all work done in the homes is done to expectation and homeowner’s needs and interests are met.
- Ensuring training of all employees is robust and thorough and executed to a very high level.
- Ensure all billing as it relates to work being done through the department is accurate and on time.
- Driving revenue through the selling of the service offered in the department and creating significant value for the homeowner.
- Must be willing and able to provide exemplary customer service to our Homeowners and our employees at all times
- Responding to any and all homeowner requests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Responsible to issue ski passes and day tickets to Homeowners and their guests.
- Ensure employee training, documentation and work schedules are completed and submitted in a timely manner
- Develop strong rapport with all homeowners
