What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Back position at SUGAR BOWL SKI RESORT?
The Bar Back is a member of the Food and Beverage team responsible for: stocking bar supplies; maintaining cleanliness of the bar and lounge areas and equipment; and assisting the bartenders and cocktail servers as directed. Candidate must be guest service oriented, with an outgoing personality. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time Barbacks to join our team.

Who you are
- Must posess excellent guest service skills
- Then need the ability to communicate in English effectively
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
What you will do
- Stocking of ice.
- Prepare fruit trays.
- Batch coktails.
- Prepare syrups and garnishes.
- Restock the bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, mixers, etc.
- Changing kegs in cooler.
- Assist in product receiving and rotation.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage facilities, coolers and loading dock areas.
- Remove trash and recycling from bar area.
- Ensure cleanliness of bar and storage areas at all times
- Assist with opening and closing of bar areas.
- Run drinks to guests
- May assist in snow removal
- May assist in bussing as needed.
- Wash and stock glasses
- Assist bar staff and wait staff with all requests.
