Core Responsibilities:
- Performs direct illness/injury assessment and management, preparation for transport, transfer of information, and patient care
- Attends emergency medical requests as they arise, and renders assistance to ill or injured internal/external guests
- Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
- Continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards
- Inspects emergency medical equipment to ensure serviceability and compliance with safety and infection control regulations and standards
- Completes and transfers patient care information and records per established procedures
- Completes all paperwork and reports and required by all State and Federal regulations.
- Patrols buildings and grounds of facility on foot and/or in security vehicle; examines doors, windows and gates to determine that they are secure; controls the various entry/exit locations throughout controlled areas as assigned.

- Staffs' areas to assure compliance with state laws and facility regulations
- Directs visitors and vendors to appropriate locations
- Warns violators of rule infractions and apprehends or expels persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Observes and reports procedural violations and illegal activity
- Role model company guest service program
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Current EMT certification
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License
- Must be able to obtain NYS Security Guard License

- Must be able to maintain current EMT certification
