Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- 3 years of leadership or management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Experience assisting with scheduling, training, and staff performance management
- Ability to support GM in cost control, budget tracking, and operations
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly
- Availability to cover GM duties when needed
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
