Compensation and benefits include:

Qualifications:Some basic requirements are:
- 3 years of brewing experience (Head Brewer experience preferred and prioritized).
- Full understanding of recipe creation and beverage manufacturing, including beer production, seltzer production, yeast management, filtration, barrel aging, packaging, etc.
- Formal education in brewing or related field (micro-biology, etc.) preferred, not required.
- Deep understanding of brew systems (brew house, chiller, air compressor, boiler, mill, etc.), brewing processes, ingredient selection and handling, quality control equipment and processes/best practices, and packaging processes and equipment.
- Flexible, with an ability to prioritize and troubleshoot – aptitude for mechanics.
- Great attention to detail.
- Natural leader and mentor.
- Drive for perfection.
- Proven history of steadiness in career – looking to find the next long chapter in one’s career.
- Excitement and need to be an integral part of a growing craft brewery in Charlotte, NC.
- Experience creating new, successful recipes.
- 21 years of age, and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Ability to handle and maneuver 165 lbs. kegs
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
