What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Suffolk Hospitality Management LLC?
Core Responsibilities:
- Audit inventory worksheets.
- Verify signatures, item totals and amounts on the inventory worksheets.
- Ensure all back up documentation is included for receiving and transfers and sales exceptions.
- Prepare over/short reports.
- Retrieve information from stand sheet packets for data entry.
- Maintain reports and prints required reports.
- Retrieve and tally all stand worksheets, cashier reconciliation sheets.
- Physically count inventory product in locations and tie back to inventory worksheets.
- Must Role Model Company guest service program.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Data entry experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Inventory management experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License.
- Ability to work late night and/or midnight shift.
- Effective communication skills – ability to understand and follow direction.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow job procedures and any manager’s instructions.
- Data entry.
- Counting product.
- 50% sitting and 50% walking.
- Weekends, Holidays and swing shift work may be required.
