About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with children, teens, and families and who value being part of a supportive practice with a strong referral base and opportunities for long-term professional growth.
What You'll Do:
- Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents
- Deliver services primarily in-person, with some hybrid flexibility available
- Collaborate with parents, schools, pediatricians, and other providers to support treatment goals
- Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to developmental and family needs
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in case consultation, supervision, and clinical team meetings
- Help create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of children and their families

Qualifications
- Current New York State license as:
- LCSW
- LMHC
- LMFT
- LMSW (with relevant child and adolescent experience)
- Experience providing psychotherapy to children and/or adolescents
- Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
- Passion for supporting children, teens, and families
- Availability for evening and/or weekend appointments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, ADHD, school-related concerns, trauma, or family conflict
- Experience collaborating with schools and community providers
- Training in evidence-based child and family interventions
