Prepare special cuts as requested.Display and merchandising: Arrange and display meat in a fresh and appealing manner to attract customers.Sanitation and safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including equipment, display cases, and floors. Adhere to all food safety and health standards.Inventory management: Stock shelves, rotate products to ensure freshness, and remove outdated items.
