What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Wash Attendant position at Sudz Sation Car Wash?
As a car wash technician and attendant, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers' cars looking their best. You will be responsible for providing high-quality car washes, offering memberships, upselling washes or adding on extra services, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This position is offered at both part-time up to 24 hours per week and full-time up to 40 hour per week. This position reports to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service to customers
· Sell memberships, upsell and add-on to enhance customers experience at car wash
· Maintaining safety for yourself and the customer at all times.
· Ensure adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures, and processes to maintain a high standard of quality and service.
· Prepping, brushing, power washing the vehicle as necessary.
· Keeping the grounds clean and safe, including vacuum area and all areas visible to customers
· Completing maintenance tasks as instructed by management
· Stocking, washing, drying, folding of towels as needed.
· Reporting any maintenance issues to the manager on duty as soon as possible
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of the car wash business and/or customer service-based industry
