What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Condo Cleaner position at Sudz On Wheelz LLC?
Overview:
I am looking for cleaners for vacation rentals for Saturday & Sundays. This is a 1099 position. Pay is per unit and you are paid daily via CashApp. Must be willing to travel to North Myrtle Beach & Myrtle Beach, and occasionally Little River. Candidates who are also willing and able to travel to Ocean Isle, Sunset Beach, and Calabash will be top of the list but not a requirement! No experience is needed as training will be given. Weekends and Holidays are MANDATORY. ( We don't work Christmas or Thanksgiving). Linen pickups are in either Little River or Myrtle Beach. (Higher preference for ability to pick up at Little River location). Start time is typically either 10 a.m. or 11 a.m. We have VERY high standards for our cleaning so you must be very detailed orientated and be able to follow specific instructions.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Perform various cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, etc at units and notify manager when items are low.
-Occasionally required to do laundry at units while you clean.
- Take detailed pictures of unit after finishing and upload pictures to Google Drive.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with other custodial duties as assigned
-Putting out parking passes and pool bands at the appropriate units.
-All of our units have individual owners so you will be required to do some laundry
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in vacation rental cleaning or custodial work preferred but not required
-Must be VERY detailed oriented. Must be able to spot hairs and stains on linens, showers, baths, towels, etc. Check for mold in shower curtains etc.
-Must be able to follow directions. This is very important as we have little notes often for the units. Things like (changing the lock batteries, checking supplies, specific tasks, late checkout notices etc).
-Must be able to work a smartphone. We use a couple apps for our scheduling and uploading pictures so you will need to know the basics.
-You provide your own cleaning supplies and mop although I will be providing a few cleaning staples for you.
-Be able to lift up to 35lbs. Our linens bags can be heavy.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. Some units will have small windows in which they have to be completed so you must be efficient.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
